Purpose & Function
Children's Mental Health Case Management Services is a voluntary service provided to children and families for children ages 0 to 18 years of age who have an emotional disturbance and who meet certain qualifications for services.
Our Intake Department will help determine if your child qualifies for services by giving you resources to help you find a qualified mental health provider to complete a diagnostic assessment or by working with your current mental health provider to gather the necessary paperwork for qualification.
Children's mental health disorders can occur at any age. Many children experience depression, anxiety, attention deficit, conduct, mood, and eating disorders.
A case manager will meet with you and your child at least monthly to advocate and assist you in gaining access to services depending on the needs of your child. The case manager will coordinate and collaborate with all providers serving your child to ensure your child's need are met.
